This is what is so key to issues for us… One, it’s a log on the property. It gives me the ability to reconcile a job and have information about it before you meet with a client, it helps us know how we’ve done throughout the property, it helps us know where we’re having problems, and it helps us to transition information. So when a new manager comes in and somebody gets promoted, [we have] a history of information they can go back and review to know what the problems have been on that job.
